WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive wholesale pricing of 30% off retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. Because we are constantly adding to and improving our product mix, we're happy to field inquiries regarding products appearing in the web store but not the line sheet, but not all retail products are available at wholesale pricing. Please use coupon code "TSOWHOLESALE" for your discount.

OPENING ORDERS

A minimum order of $125 is required on opening orders. Opening orders must include a copy of your Reseller's Permit # / Resale Certificate #,  and Tax ID. Orders must be prepaid either via PayPal prior to shipment of goods.

REORDERS

A minimum order of $100 is required on reorders.  Orders must be prepaid either via PayPal prior to shipment of goods. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through Paypal are acceptable forms of payment. Shipments are typically dispatched within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 3 weeks for the order to be processed. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and is prepared for shipment. A separate invoice for shipping and handling will be sent to you. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment, specific carriers may be used and prices considered on a case-by-case basis.

NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS

As all of our products are handmade, each individual item may differ slightly in appearance, which lends to and enhances the character of the overall mix of products.

DAMAGE & RETURNS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at info@thesoapingowl.com within 3 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in shipment. At this time damaged goods are handled on a case by case basis, however damaged product must be identified and documented with supplied photography for our records. Damaged merchandise that meets the aforementioned qualifications may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 business days after receipt. Barring damage in transit, all wholesale merchandise sales are final.

DROP SHIPPING & CONSIGNMENT

We are not offering drop shipping or consignment arrangements at this time, though we value your interest in our line and appreciate your consideration.
